Approved Use for Blue Diamond Systems:

Blue Diamond's ozone system is sold to use for the whole house, to reduce smells and colors in water coming from iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide (the rotten egg smell) and impurities. The water can be used to wash the laundry, take showers, and keep the toilets and sinks clean. Use the water to wash the car, clean fruits and vegetables, and water your garden.

Not for Drinking Water: Blue Diamond's ozone system sold online here is not sold for drinking water purposes and the ozone systems are not approved for this reason. This is because water can have bacteria, viruses, and/or protozoa in the water that are not killed or destroyed without adequate testing, design, engineering, and maintenance of a proper water treatment system. Exercise Pool System Return Policy:

Blue Diamond Technologies, Inc. (Blue Diamond) stands behind its Pool System. Although every pool is different , we are confident that if you carefully follow our instructions for use, your pool water will be clear and sparkling. 

Our system will not suit everyone. To make sure our pool system is appropriate for you, we conduct a short telephone interview prior to purchasing the system to evaluate if our system will meet your individual life-style. We want you to have a satisfying experience using our system in your pool!

Further explanations about proper hygiene and maintenance are discussed in Maintenance and FAQ’s for Blue Diamond's Exercise Pool System.  If you take the time to read this information, it will be much easier to decide if the pool system is right for you and your pool.

REFUND

We believe you will be satisfied with our pool system.  However, if you try it out for a month and a half (45 days) and you are not satisfied for any reason, Blue Diamond will still refund your purchase price of the system, minus a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.   

To quality for the refund, all returned shipments require a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) obtained by calling Blue Diamond.  All returned merchandise must be in good condition, in the original packaging, and the shipment must be insured and returned within 45 days from the date of shipment from Blue Diamond. All shipping and handling charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and there is no refund for those charges.

Water Tank System Refund Policy:

If you are purchasing Blue Diamond's water tank ozone filtration system and the product has been installed and used, normally no refund is available.

Please call Blue Diamond to discuss your situation concerning your water quality, usage, etc., and perhaps we can discover why you are not having success with our system. 
 
Blue Diamond systems and products are not sold as drinking water filters and should not be used for that purpose or for the purpose of purifying water for human consumption. 
 
Please understand that water quality is an art and a science. Blue Diamond's Ozone filtration system for water tanks is designed to reduce iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, and other secondary contaminants. It is not designed to eliminate or remove these impurities 100% of the time due to varying water quality conditions and different environmental conditions. When it comes to water quality, "one size does not fit all" is the rule.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME POLICY: The product normally takes several days for delivery, from the time of order.

In ADDITION to our standard shipping and handling fees, we will charge your credit card with the amount of the international freight that your order requires.

Please note that these additional charges will not be present on your automatically generated Internet order form or the confirmation e-mail.

We prefer to ship overseas orders by air. Please select "International Orders: Air Freight." However, we also offer a cheaper overseas shipping option by way of ship. Please note however, that this method can delay the receipt of your order by as much as three and a half months.
